Regulation that requires the inclusion of the Energy Certificate in the process of selling or renting a property
What?s new:
? Sale or rental announcements: Any publication or information about the sale or rental of a property, whether in real estate agencies, billboards, web pages, real estate portals, catalogs, press or similar, it is mandatory to include its Energy Efficiency Rating.
? New construction: To sell or rent before the completion of the work, the seller or lessor must present the project?s energy efficiency label. Likewise, it will provide the Energy Certificate of completed work when the work is completed.
? Sale: The Energy Efficiency Certificate must be presented as an annex to the sale contract.
? Rent: A copy of the Energy Certificate will be attached to the rental contract and a copy of the Use Recommendations document will be delivered.
